1. Terms
By accessing tinyops.ai and using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which incorporate our Privacy Policy, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, do not use tinyops. The service: tinyops provides a sales stack assessment — you complete an intake about your team, selling motion, and current tools, and we generate a personalized blueprint with recommendations about the tools in your stack. The site content, our research, scoring, and the blueprint format are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law and remain our property; the answers you submit remain yours. The service is currently free during early access; we may introduce pricing in the future, and will say so on the site before we do.
2. Your blueprint — what you can do with it
We want your blueprint to be useful, so the license is built for that:
- You may view, download, print, and share your blueprint within your organization, and forward it to colleagues, your manager, or advisors helping you make tooling decisions.
- You may not resell the blueprint, republish it publicly, present it as your own or a third party's consulting work product, or use it to build a competing service.
- You may not scrape the site, submit intakes in automated bulk, attempt to reverse engineer the scoring or the service, or remove attribution from blueprint materials.
This is a license, not a transfer of ownership. It terminates automatically if you violate these restrictions, and we may limit, suspend, or refuse access to the service — including declining to generate blueprints — where we reasonably believe the service is being abused, accessed by automated means, or used in violation of these Terms.
3. Your submissions
The intake is self-reported: you're responsible for the accuracy of the answers you give, and your blueprint is only as good as its inputs. By submitting the intake, you grant us the right to process your responses — including through automated scoring and third-party AI services — to generate and deliver your blueprint, as described in our Privacy Policy.
4. Not professional advice
Your blueprint is informational. It reflects our independent research and the answers you provided, and it is not financial, legal, or professional consulting advice. Software pricing, plans, and features are verified at the time of our research but change frequently and are outside our control — confirm current pricing with the vendor before you commit. Decisions about buying, keeping, or replacing tools are yours. We don't take referral fees or commissions from any vendor, and a mention of any tool is not an endorsement by that vendor of tinyops or vice versa.
5. Disclaimer
ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS OR SERVICES PROVIDED BY TINYOPS ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS AND TINYOPS MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND HEREBY DISCLAIMS AND NEGATES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. TINYOPS DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS CONCERNING THE ACCURACY, LIKELY RESULTS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY CONTENT, MATERIALS OR SERVICES, INCLUDING THE RECOMMENDATIONS IN ANY BLUEPRINT OR ANY SITES LINKED FROM THE SERVICE. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION WE PROVIDE SHALL CREATE ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY ON OUR PART.
6. Limitations
IN NO EVENT SHALL TINYOPS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF DATA OR PROFIT, OR DUE TO BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF TINYOPS HAS BEEN NOTIFIED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE. AS SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICE.
7. Revisions and errata
Materials on tinyops.ai could include technical, typographical, or research errors. We do not warrant that any content is accurate, complete, or current, and we may change content at any time without notice, without committing to update any particular material.
8. Links
Blueprints and the site reference and link to third-party vendors and websites. We are not responsible for the contents of any linked site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement. Use of linked sites is at your own risk.
9. Modifications to these terms
We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date, and continued use of the service after changes are posted means you accept them.
10. Miscellaneous
You must be at least 18 to use the service. The parties are independent contractors, and nothing here creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without your consent. Any claim relating to tinyops shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and we each agree that dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action, and each of us waives any right to a jury trial in connection with disputes arising out of these Terms. Any claim arising out of or related to the service or these Terms must be filed within one year after the claim arose or be forever barred. These Terms confer no rights on any third parties except our licensors and suppliers.
